You think your school has problems? Haruto, Kazumi and Mutsumi are three rather gifted students. They form the Holy Student Council, and their job is to exercise supernatural forces. Of course, the first job is to gather together all the spirits at their school! Once united, the supernatural allies go about rightning wrongs, helping people (and spirits) in trouble.
